Academically, the school shows children how to approach learning, and teaches them the core foundation behind any subject so as they progress they can more rapidly understand academic concepts. I was worried about handling homework and tests in the 6th grade (since Pacifica doesn’t do either) but it turns out all the independence in tracking their own learning at Pacifica translated beautifully in keeping up in the 6th grade.”
